For many people who have acne this can be rather an unpleasant experience if acne breakouts has progressed further turning into cystic acne. It doesn’t take much effort to treat acne after a simple mild breakout and you can easily keep it under control. But many people fail to keep their acne under control by not attending to it, this can lead to the formation of nodules cyst. Failing to keep acne breakouts under control is not entirely the sufferers fault; acne is also caused by hormonal imbalance in an individual. When the hormone androgen is out of control, this can trigger over production of sebum and the inflammation of hair follicles. Both men and women are affected equally by this and hormonal therapy may be required in order to bring hormones to a normal level.
